Preparation of green tea
We recommend brewing this tea after preparing the Gongfu in order to get the maximum taste out of the tea leaves.
A few Tipps:
- Prepare this tea in a gaiwan or a yixing teapot. If you don't have one, just use a medium-sized cup
- Use 70-75 ° C hot water. This is how the magical, green flavors of spinach and green vegetables can be dissolved
- Take a little more tea than usual and instead shorten the brewing time to 10-20 seconds. You will see what wonders this works and how it affects the taste
