This tea is made of one bud with one leaf from the Yunnan big leaves cultivar.

Yunnan Green tea is very new because this region is known for making good black teas and Pu Erh teas. This year we added this tea into our green tea catalogue because the sample of this tea surprised everyone who tried it. It tastes really different from the traditional green teas.

The taste is like a combination of a white silver needle white tea and a green tea, sweeter and nuttier than a traditional green tea. It is also a tiny little salty like a Japanese green tea.
