Black tea from old Gushu trees from Yunnan
Gushu Black
A unique black tea made from Gushu tea trees in Yunnan Province in southern China. This black tea is characterized by the intense energy it receives from the ancient tea trees (Gushu).The taste of Gushu Black is comparatively mild, slightly sweet, very flowery and has a gentle smoky note. Memories of chestnuts and honey are awakened. Its rich umami aroma is reminiscent of dried porcini mushrooms.
Gushu Black from Yunnan is one of the most popular black teas in Asian countries today.
This harvest dates from spring 2020. The exact origin is Qianjia Zhai, in Yunnan.
Why the price difference?
The original price for this tea was € 13.90 per 30 g (€ 46/100 g). Since the end of last year, after we canceled the “Buy One Get One Free” offer, we made an offer of € 13.90 per 50 g (€ 28 per 100 g) to introduce this tea to European tea drinkers and also as a Advertisement for this tea. But since March of this year (2020), the international shipping fee has increased about 2-3 times at various logistics companies. We can no longer offer the tea at a reduced price.
