2024 harvest

Terroir : Lian Hua Feng (莲花峰), Wuyi Mountains National Park, Fujian, China

The taste

The Jin Guan Yin Zhengyan Yancha is a fine oolong tea from Wuyi National Park . Its taste is wonderfully balanced , with a gentle, creamy introduction reminiscent of floral orchids and white flowers . As you enjoy it, fruity aromas of peach and nectarine develop, paired with a light honey sweetness . The tea never remains too sweet, but shows a beautiful minerality in the finish.

Aroma

The aroma is intense and inviting, with a floral scent reminiscent of orchids and jasmine . There is also a slight honey sweetness that makes the scent even more pleasant. There are also fresh notes of peaches and mangos that enrich the tea aromatically.

Mouthfeel

The mouthfeel of Jin Guan Yin is soft and velvety . The texture is smooth and almost silky , which brings out the aromas perfectly without making the tea seem too heavy. The long-lasting finish provides a refreshing freshness that makes drinking tea a well-rounded experience.

Why you will love it

This tea is simply a wonderful companion for relaxed moments or light dishes - with an elegant and complex taste that perfectly reflects the character of Wuyi rock teas .
