Tea charcoal oven made of clay
A small clay stove that can be used to burn charcoal. The oven can e.g. be used to make tea on it. Older, white tea is particularly suitable for this, as it should not only be brewed, but actually boiled.
The stove is small and really nice to look at. It goes well with other tea making objects such as a pot, tray.
It is made of solid clay and weighs in at 1.5 kg.
The charcoal is placed on a clay sieve so that air can be sucked in from below. The air chamber below can be closed with a suitable piece of clay. There is also a clay lid for the upper carbon surface, as can be seen in the pictures.
Important: The oven should not be used in closed rooms. Best used outdoors or with the windows wide open.
