Semi handcrafted with the help of a mold.
This teapot is made of pure clay without any additive or glaze. It is enough to just soak them in water for a few hours or rinse them a few times with hot water.
Effects on tea
Tea, especially intensive tea with strong astringency and bitterness, tastes softer, smoother with a thicker texture in this teapot. We recommend young Sheng Pu Erh, Shu Pu Erh, dark oolong and black tea for a Yixing teapot.
