The special thing about this Gaiwan is the design of the outer surface and the perfect casting quality. The surface is not usually flat, but with nice smooth protruding lines. The Gaiwan feels very special in the hand. With a soft purple and green glaze, it's just gorgeous.

Water does not come from the Gaiwan in drops, but in a beautiful curtain shape. The lid and gaiwan fit together seamlessly when not in use. Ales Dancak absolutely makes the best gaiwan.
