    Huang Ju chrysanthemum tea

    certified organic in China.

In China, chrysanthemum tea is an important drink for daily consumption and for its medicinal function according to Chinese medicine. The Chinese believe that drinking chrysanthemum tea has a cooling, calming effect on the body, and the Chinese drink it to relieve body stress, relieve headaches, and brighten eyesight. According to Chinese and Chinese Medicine, bud chrysanthemums, however, wild chrysanthemums and white chrysanthemums have more effective medicinal effects than yellow chrysanthemum tea. Yellow chrysanthemum tea is more to be enjoyed as it is not bitter like chrysanthemum buds and tastes much more flowery and fruity. Our yellow chrysanthemum tea has a beautiful, subtle aroma reminiscent of lemongrass (especially Jin Si Ju) and tropical fruits (especially Huang Ju).

    Good in combination with ...

The taste is not particularly strong, but it depends on how much tea you use. Strong chrysanthemum tea tastes bitter, which is why it is not viewed as a separate tea variety in Hong Kong, but rather as an ingredient for pu erh tea.

Due to the fact that these chrysanthemum buds grow naturally, it is possible that you will sometimes find a tiny bug in your mug. However, this is very rare.
